Kilimanjaro Trek – the training
In July 2009, three members of the Solihull Muslim community, Sameer, Asad and Marwan, took on the challenge of climbing mount Kilimanjaro for charity, to raise funds for children of war in Gaza. As the highest point in Africa, this challenge was to prove to be quite a tall feat and naturally required a lot of training.
In this video Marwan and Asad commence their training routine, however what is unusual here is that it’s not just any training, it’s training Rocky style! Click here to watch the video.
